Compton Martin Village Hall uses Hallmaster to process booking requests and invoices. If you’ve booked with us before, you will be registered in the system with a Hallmaster login and password. Hire Charges:
Once you log on to our booking system estimated hire charges will be displayed. You can find more information on our website, and we are happy to show people around. We have reduced charges for regular events. We offer block booking rates (48hrs +) for weddings or other special events.
Please make you book a slot for the entire time you require access to the Hall; for example if you have a party and require set up time, that will need to be included in your hire time. Any time outside of your hire may be offered to other users for a booking.
Please note our Bookings Secretary is voluntary so you may not get an immediate response. We aim to respond to all enquiries in 5 working days.
The Village Hall is a charity managed by local residents who volunteer their time. All income from bookings and Village Hall events is used towards the substantial running costs of the Hall & Village Field.
